Family Coach

Strategic Therapy Associates Inc is seeking a Family Coach to work with at-risk youth and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the human services field and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Provide one-on-one life-skills training, coaching, and support to clients helping them build awareness and explore options.
• Motivate clients while encouraging, guiding, and steering them toward positive changes.
• Set a positive example for the client and engage with them in a positive, professional, and respectful manner.
• Complete all documentation related to client progress daily, accurately, on time, and according to all standards and requirements.
• Provide safe transportation of clients to-and-from programs or community outings.

• Prefer candidates currently enrolled in or who have completed a Bachelor's degree program in the human services field.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, own vehicle, good driving record, and willingness to transport youth within the community.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB screen.
• Preferably some experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents.
