Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Assist members with financial transactions and account inquiries
- Answer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Starting pay: $19-20/hr based on experience
- Availability to work at one of our locations in Latham, Hudson, Glenville, Schenectady, or Guilderland
