Opportunity Overview:
This is a fulfilling and dynamic role where you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Pediatric Head of Department to enhance the delivery of family-centered services, working in conjunction with Mental Health, Child Development, Population Health, Emergency Department, inpatient teams, community providers, and General Practitioners.
- Provide strong leadership to the multidisciplinary Integrated Pediatric Service, effectively planning, managing, and evaluating services to meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, promoting appropriate clinical governance among staff while planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating activities at the unit level.

- Specialized knowledge and experience pertinent to managing a multidisciplinary Pediatric Service.
