About the Role

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and areas of concern in gross motor skills, mobility, positioning needs, and other areas.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality services to children based on their IEPs/504 plans, including conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure children receive comprehensive care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State Physical Therapy License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
