We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dialysis Registry Clerk to join our team at St. Mary Dialysis. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Treat patients and families with respect and dignity, working in a compassionate manner toward the patients and their family members that are part of the dialysis program.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the billing cycle.
- Completes medical records responsibilities.
- Assists with/enters scheduling information and corrections into Dimensions.
- Prepares monthly reports and statistics.
- Adheres rigorously to all infection control/infection prevention requirements.
- Maintains office supplies. Maintains a neat and safe work environment and appropriately speak up as needed regarding potential concerns.
- Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Requires computer experience; familiarity of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with entering information into databases preferred.
