About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Senior Instrument Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Instrument Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining store inventory. You will work closely with our sales team to provide excellent customer service and help drive business growth through great customer experiences and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
  • Maintain store inventory, including guitars, amplifiers, and other musical equipment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
  • Train learners and communicate information and techniques effectively

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other musical instruments
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts.
