Job Summary

The Patient Care Specialist assesses clients for initial transplant suitability and re-evaluates candidates as directed. They counsel clients and facilitate group therapy, providing assistance to patients and their families in diagnostic evaluation, individual, family & group therapeutic counseling, and resource referral.

Requirements
