Psychiatrist - Inpatient Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at Ramapo Ridge. As a Psychiatrist, you will provide professional care to our inpatient unit, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that integrate Christian principles and evidence-based practices.

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to patients in the adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate Christian principles and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff as needed
• Participate in commitment hearings and other legal proceedings as required
• Document patient care and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner

• Graduate of a Medical School approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association
• Successful completion of Residency Training in General Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum one year experience as a staff psychiatrist preferred
