Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
  • Architect, design, and develop high-quality software solutions utilizing Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  • Implement standard processes and design patterns to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Product Management:

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Prioritize features, create user stories, and maintain a well-organized product backlog.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases.

Cloud Services:

  • Leverage AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of cloud-based solutions.
  • Utilize domain knowledge to provide insights and solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud computing.
  • Strong product management skills with experience in managing the complete product lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
