Dental Care Specialist in a Rural Setting

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our team in a beautiful rural location. As a Dental Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adults in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, with a minimum of $200,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $10,000 relocation bonus and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Our practice also offers 5 days of continuing education credit per year, paid by the client, as well as excellent benefits with 3% annual contributions by the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on children
- Enjoy a 4-day workweek in a comfortable, supportive environment
- Join a team of experienced dental professionals, including 3 dental hygienists and 3 dental assistants
- Treat patients in a rural setting with a strong sense of community
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this position, you should have some pediatric training and be open to working in a rural setting. Experience as a dentist is preferred, but new graduates may also apply. We welcome J-1 and H1B visa candidates and require the ability to obtain a Maine dental license.
