As the Customer Service Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the complete customer service journey, from appointment scheduling to the final billing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and establish a positive relationship with customers.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and promote relevant products.
- Provide accurate repair cost estimates and prepare detailed service orders.
- Initiate service orders, obtain customer approval, and finalize upon completion.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse range of products and services.
- Implement effective service sales strategies and actively pursue sales opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with customers and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and strive to exceed their expectations consistently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
While a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, strong communication abilities, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000
