About the Role

We're seeking a Logistics Acquisition Specialist to lead our driver acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll work closely with applicants, field staff, and leadership to identify and recruit qualified drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard drivers to meet operational demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and compensation analysis.
  • Manage and optimize pipelines for independent contractors and lease purchase owner-operators.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in driver recruitment.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and recruitment processes.
  • Experience with Tenstreet and Microsoft Office Suite.
