Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost management, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction
  • Supervise a team of 15-20 field staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on instrumentation and controls construction
  • 5+ years' experience with full cycle construction project management
  • Prior experience with scope, scheduling, and budgeting for projects with budgets up to $20 million
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
  • Prior experience with P6 and electrical estimating software a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the semiconductor, vehicle manufacturing, or data center industries
