About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management & Sales Training Program in Cleveland. This accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and a bachelor's degree by the start of the program
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including leadership roles or supervising others
