Key Responsibilities

Franciscan Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates at St. Michael, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary Medicine Physician to serve at St. Michael Medical Center.

This role primarily involves working in an outpatient clinic environment alongside a well-established team of five skilled physicians. Our practice encompasses a wide range of pulmonary medicine services, supported by a robust multidisciplinary team within a regional medical center. Responsibilities include providing inpatient pulmonary consults and clinic coverage, with a dedicated hospitalist service managing inpatient admissions.

For those certified in Sleep Medicine, there is an opportunity to participate in the sleep study interpretation rotation.

Additionally, we offer a separate Critical Care Service at St. Michael Medical Center, with opportunities for Critical Care shifts available upon request.

Qualifications
  • Medical Degree
  • Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship Training (ABIM)
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine (ABIM)
  • Washington State Medical License and DEA in good standing
  • Board Certification in Sleep Medicine is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
$253.05/hour
