Project Lead Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing standard project management industry practices and understanding the PMI framework. They must be familiar with Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements for major client's Information Resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects and communicate to program customers and IT teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and coordinate activities between third party vendors and multiple state programs and IT teams.
  • Identify dependencies between multiple projects and develop plans to mitigate risks.
  • Create project timelines, project tracking documents, and other related project artifacts as necessary.
  • Comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes.
  • Develop and make presentations as required to leadership and oversight entities.
  • Experience in business or systems analysis.
  • Skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and present information to various audiences, verbally and in writing, and to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
