**Key Responsibilities:**
* Directs and supervises clinical team members, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to provide high-quality patient care.
* Develops and implements training programs for clinical team members, ensuring they are up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and procedures.
* Identifies patient/client needs and recommends new programs and services to meet those needs.
* Participates in hospital/medical staff committee meetings as required, representing the interests of physician leadership from supported departments/groups of practices.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
* 3 years of experience in nursing, with ambulatory experience preferred.
* Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specialty experience in a related field.
* Supervisory experience.
* Certification in a specialty area.
