Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to align national customer business goals with our plan designs, wellness, and clinical teams.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to maximize retention and growth for membership and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective support for national customers and maximize success.
  • Advocate for national portfolio customers and members to ensure the organization prioritizes their needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex national clients within the health insurance industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing National/Major Accounts (>1K subs).
  • 5+ years of prior sales experience.
  • Massachusetts Producer License required (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
