Job Summary:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist II to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with respiratory disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient responses to treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience as a Respiratory Therapist I.
  • Associates degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
  • Respiratory Therapist License (Hawaii) and certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
