Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct quality audits to guarantee exceptional product quality.
- Participate in Fabrication/Plant programs and Lean initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Extrusion weld fittings up to 24 inches.
- Hot plate weld multi-miter bends and tees.
- Pursue Plastic Fabricator - Advanced certification.
- Manage material handling and scrap management.
- Engage in cross-functional training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prepare materials and finish products to meet quality standards.
- Operate equipment and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to quality standards and conduct quality audits.
- Practice proper forklift operation and maintenance.
- Understand and apply ADS Core Values.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong housekeeping skills.

- Work in temperature extremes (hot or cold) for extended periods.
- Handle materials daily, requiring the ability to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting, and mounting/dismounting industrial equipment and vehicles.
