East Coast Ophthalmologist Position

Position Summary:
We are a leading non-profit, physician-led organization seeking a dedicated and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team. This role offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, allowing you to provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care services. Our recent expansion, including the acquisition of a multi-clinic specialty eye care practice, presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth with enhanced access to resources.
Work Schedule:
- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
- 2 to 2.5 days dedicated to clinical work and 2 days for surgical procedures each week
- Opportunity to quickly establish a high-volume practice within 4 to 6 months
- On-call responsibilities are 1:11, with telephonic support only
Practice Features:
- Recent upgrades implemented across all clinic locations
- Access to 2 Operating Rooms at each site
- Support from a dedicated team of ophthalmic and diagnostic technicians
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary for 2 years ranging from $405,000 to $525,000, depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities
- Includes sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- 34 days of paid time off, in addition to federal holidays
- Comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, continuing medical education, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
