As a Retail Representative, you will work closely and collaboratively with the store assistant leadership and report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting individual needs, exceeding expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the variety of cannabis products, deals & promotions we offer.
  • Assist with inventory tasks when needed
  • Works scheduled shifts and follows the company's attendance policy
  • Follows all safety and CRA rules policies
  • Records transactions accurately in the POS, uses appropriate login, and ensures the accuracy of assigned cash drawer
  • Maintains neatness, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor
  • Follows and integrates JARS company policies and procedures with on-the-job interactions, tasks, and behaviors

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience working within in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment
  • Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications
  • Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable
  • Ability to operate a computer, POS system, and other office equipment
