The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and a strong understanding of cannabis knowledge, including industry trends, strain differences, and the effects of cannabinoids.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence by engaging with customers to identify their needs, presenting and answering questions about products and services, and recommending solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees, and have a positive work attitude. They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with new cannabis products and services, as well as industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and interacting with customers on the retail sales floor
  • Providing customers with accurate sales information, including product features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Cross-selling cannabis products and accessories
  • Completing cannabis sale transactions that meet state regulations
  • Ensuring product shelves and displays are fully stocked
  • Providing customer feedback to store management
  • Staying up-to-date with new cannabis products and services, as well as industry standards

Requirements include:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Customer Service Associate, or similar role
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Cash handling and POS system required
  • Sales skills, cross-selling, and upselling required
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
