Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.
  • Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Stock cart with room supplies and replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies.
  • Follow company standards and safety/security procedures.
  • Conduct deep cleaning activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
