Key Responsibilities

• Ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.

• Uphold superior store conditions and visual merchandising standards.

• Maintain a well-stocked inventory.

• Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences.

• Recommend and showcase products that align with customer requirements.

• Welcome and engage with customers warmly.

• Oversee point-of-sale transactions.

• Participate actively in the receipt of new inventory.

• Stay informed about product details and specifications.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Conduct inventory counts.

• Ensure the safety and security of the location by adhering to all Loss Prevention and Security policies and procedures.

• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be capable of fulfilling the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales.

• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Friendly, approachable, confident, and engaging demeanor.

• Basic administrative skills.

• High school diploma.

• Ideally, 5 years of sales experience.

• Commitment to excellence, with a passion for jewelry and a desire to excel.

Compensation will be determined based on experience.
