Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laborer to support our Field Supervision and project located in New Albany, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
  • Clean and prepare a job site, load and deliver materials, and use a variety of tools and machines, such as forklifts, levels, lifts, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
  • Assist craft workers with their duties.
Requirements
  • 1 year of construction experience and an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge.
  • Ability to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside, and work overtime and weekend hours.
  • Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
