About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse Manager to join our Ambulatory Neurology Department. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our team of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants. You will work collaboratively with our dynamic clinical team to ensure competent, compassionate, and individualized nursing care for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to the Registered Nurse team
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure the ambulatory practice standards are up to date
- Participate in surveillance rounds and assess the needs of the team
- Provide clinical education and training to the Registered Nurse team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
