  • Thought leadership in designing target states through stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in Risk and Regulatory projects
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation and change management initiatives with a focus on Capital Markets compliance
  • Collaborate with Business, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure operational readiness
  • Represent Markets Transformation across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, to secure buy-in for process changes
  • Work closely with Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy and governance
  • Deliver concise presentations to senior management regarding project status and resource planning
  • Build collaborative relationships across Global Markets stakeholders
  • Analyze large datasets, with proficiency in SQL or Python being a plus
  • Manage dependencies across initiatives, coordinating with various teams
  • Proactively identify challenges and escalate issues as necessary
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
