Key Responsibilities

· Refine and integrate architectural designs that resonate with the organization's business objectives (e.g., efficiency, dependability, scalability)

· Utilize expertise in domain-driven design principles to enhance conceptual and logical models, advocating for their organization-wide adoption in compliance with architectural guidelines, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Develop comprehensive execution plans to implement recommendations for solution designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to architectural guidelines, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Influence business strategies and operational models by providing insights on how enhanced end-to-end delivery capabilities can support business objectives

· Promote collaboration among various stakeholders within the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of architectural guidelines, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Deliver technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in the execution of solution designs

· Facilitate strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders, helping them grasp implications in detail

· Maintain and leverage robust business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy

· Contribute to and shape the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that advance business objectives

· Assess emerging technologies and trends to assist the organization in maintaining a competitive edge, fostering innovation within the organization

Knowledge & Experience

· 10-12 years of experience in integrations and solution design

· Proven success in architecting and designing complex systems at the functional or enterprise level

· Proficiency in technology integration and interface design between systems

· Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

· Demonstrated experience with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture

· Extensive understanding of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and platforms such as Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Confluent, Solace, etc.

· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies

· Background in cloud and infrastructure platforms to support high availability and resilience

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

· Cloud Technologies & Platforms, including infrastructure automation using Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible

· CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

· Understanding of integration tools like Talend/Informatica, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory/Synapse

· Web Services, APIs, Microservices, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

· Application and Data Architecture as it pertains to Integration
