Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead our survey projects in Atlanta, GA.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with office staff and clients to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Participating in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, resident engineers, and contractor representatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal survey regulations as well as Accura Engineering procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing survey projects of varying sizes and complexity.
  • 8+ years of experience in land surveying.
  • SIT license and registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia (or ability to become registered within a year).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Carlson, and LiDAR collection software.
  • Experience with GIS platforms and GDOT MicroStation/Open Roads Design (ORD) desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and insurable.
