About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Analyst to join our team at The Friedkin Group. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products and services comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, and administrative actions to determine their impact on our products and services.
  • Communicate with impacted departments regarding proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, and administrative actions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory filings for products in collaboration with the regulatory compliance or program design team.
  • Interface with government officials concerning applicable compliance filings and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Research, prepare, and make other compliance filings in collaboration with the Managers or Directors in the Legal Department.
  • Assist with ongoing review, development, and implementation of compliance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct research using all available resources to carry out regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-7 years related experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with property casualty insurance regulatory filings, legislative or regulatory staff, automotive finance and insurance companies, and/or related paralegal experience in the insurance or auto industries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external personnel.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately coordinate regulatory filings and compliance activities on a timely and responsive basis.
