Requirements:

  • Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • High standards for self and the team, with a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks accordingly.
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
