We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Ascend Rehab Services Inc, providing home-based early intervention services in Stockton and surrounding areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • To provide high-quality, evidence-based early intervention services to children with communication disorders, collaborating closely with families and other professionals as needed.
  • To conduct thorough assessments of children's communication skills, identifying strengths and areas for development.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs, goals, and learning styles.
  • To collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for children's overall development.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress, including assessment results, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • To participate in regular case conferences and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.

About You

We're looking for an SLP with a strong passion for working with young children and their families. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • A valid California State SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Prior experience in early intervention settings, preferably with a focus on pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes for children and families.
