Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and analyze customer transactions and account issues to provide accurate and effective solutions.
  • Enter or modify Check-By-Phone payments and other customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex customer issues.
  • Prior call center or finance experience is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with people of all skill levels and diverse backgrounds.
