Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Waterway Carwash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling car wash services and merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive experience for our customers
  • Sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
  • Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, and take inventory of merchandise levels as directed by store management
  • Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately

Requirements

  • 6 months work experience in customer service, retail, or sales strongly preferred
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others

Physical Requirements

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances
  • Ability to perform tasks at a fast pace, sustain consistent physical effort, and sustain continuous and prolonged standing and movement
