Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a maintenance technician and hold HVAC Certification (Type II or EPA Universal).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete complex work orders with minimal oversight.
- Assess projects and work orders to determine technical needs for repair or replacement of equipment (hot water heaters, heat pump systems, plumbing leaks, appliance repairs).
- Plan and communicate schedules with the onsite team and residents.
- Order supplies using a PO system.
