Project Manager

LHB is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Public Works Structures and Survey group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client needs and LHB's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and landscape architects, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets.
  • Lead public meetings and serve as a communication resource for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure effective project management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • Professional Engineer licensure and working knowledge of MnDOT or MnDOT State-Aid specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and oversee projects with varying degrees of complexity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progressive work experience directing and leading roadway or municipal projects in Minnesota.
  • Previous experience with AutoCad Civil 3D or Microstation Geopak/ORD.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a client base.
