We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Sales Performance: Process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, stock shelves, and set up displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical Demands: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Communication Skills: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to tint paint consistent with customer color requests and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Work Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
