• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments to identify client needs.
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various environments, including homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs, adapting to client needs.
• Collect data during sessions and analyze it to inform programming adjustments.
• Support parents, teachers, and community officials in understanding client needs.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Implement consequences for appropriate and inappropriate behavior, promoting positive outcomes.
• Establish effective communication with other agencies, exchanging information clearly and concisely.

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License required.
• Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of documented experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Staff must undergo background checks, provide transcripts, and obtain necessary clearances to work with children and adolescents. They must also participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs and complete the NSOR Verification and Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
