This is a developmental opportunity to prepare you for a Plant Director role, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a safe plant culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Manage plant production goals and coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
- Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
- Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
