About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our manufacturing plant, including safety, quality, production, and cost management.

This is a developmental opportunity to prepare you for a Plant Director role, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a safe plant culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  • Manage plant production goals and coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
  • Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
  • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and schedule plant meetings.
