Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at our Richardson clinic. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with children to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, language challenges, and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Texas state SLP license (or on your way to getting it? CFs welcome)
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
