Job Summary:

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a therapist-owned and operated facility, we prioritize providing a supportive environment for our clinicians to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes or daytime facilities, as per physician orders.
  • Assess patients' speech and language abilities, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care, and provide education and training to staff and caregivers.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, if qualified.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year and CCC-SLP certification.
  • License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
  • Experience working with pediatrics, with home health experience preferred.
  • Feeding experience and bilingualism in Spanish are a plus.
