Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the performance of diagnostic computed tomography examinations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic CT scans to evaluate patient conditions and provide high-quality images for radiologists to interpret.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners, reporting any technical issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in CT technology and imaging techniques.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
  • Current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
