Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the performance of diagnostic computed tomography examinations.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic CT scans to evaluate patient conditions and provide high-quality images for radiologists to interpret.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain CT scanners, reporting any technical issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in CT technology and imaging techniques.
- Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
- Current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
