Job Summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the performance of diagnostic CT examinations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct CT scans to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality.
  • Operate CT scanners to ensure accurate and efficient scanning procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
  • Current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
