We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to fill a surveyor position with a quality improvement consulting company. The successful candidate will work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietetics, including an Associate or Bachelor's degree, and must have successfully completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT). A minimum of two years' experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities is also required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will need to demonstrate independent decision-making skills, ability to set priorities independently and collectively, and ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position, and ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is also required.
