About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. As a surveyor, you will work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
  • Accredite or certify facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of survey processes.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Demonstrated independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
  • Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.
