Job Overview:

Daily Activities:

Your typical day will involve spending a significant portion of your time on the factory floor, monitoring operations, and addressing inquiries from assembly and quality teams. You will also investigate quality concerns and gather data to support engineering efforts. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to communication with design engineers, quality assurance personnel, and manufacturing engineers, as well as preparing for meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical field focused on quality assurance. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.

Technical Skills:

Applicants should possess a basic understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. Hands-on mechanical experience is essential, which may include work with automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing equipment.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Ability to patiently explain technical concepts to less experienced team members.

Core Competencies:

Critical thinking, schematic interpretation, operational efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to multitask effectively are crucial for success in this role.
