Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Preparation: Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success, including replenishing and stocking ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, and other essential items.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning the bar, glassware, and other equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the bartending team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: High-volume barback experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.
  • Availability: Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including nights, weekends, and certain holidays.
