Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the loading and unloading of coating materials
  • Operate the coating machinery and maintain accurate logs
  • Ensure product quality adheres to established standards
  • Identify and report operational issues for streamlined processes
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and various departments to improve workflow
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Basic computer skills required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage of $19.04
