Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, with experience in creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics for modular construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring they meet both client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design: Translate architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, ensuring designs are both functional and innovative.

2. Honorable Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

3. Respectful Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a respectful team environment.

4. Innovative Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges with creativity and innovation, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of construction projects.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, with proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Experience in modular construction is a plus.

Compensation: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
